Greetings! Pleased t’ meet ya, I’m Allison. You’ve found my blog for tracking my results from diving in head-first to the world of T-Tapp, Teresa Tapp’s fitness regime that seems to not attract participants, but *adherants*. Will it work? Time will tell.

This site exists to:

  • become a showplace for the rockin’ hot body I develop whilst tucking my butt, raising my ribcage, and shoving my knees over toes; and
  • force my hand at accountability, so I can actually see what I have (or haven’t) done if I don’t get the results I’m seeking.

A few quick facts about me:

  • I’ve lived on this planet for 35 years.
  • I’m mom to an amazing (duh, she’s my kid, of course I say that) little girl who’s 2-1/2.
  • Although I was a single parent (fulltime WAHM) for the first two years, I met my darling husband, Mike last summer, and we married on November 24, 2006 — yeah, I know…I don’t waste time. When you know, you know.

My body type…

  • A+ blood type
  • Almost “perfect” combo in figure. Although my rib-hip says I should be borderline ST, my butt and outer thighs beg to differ.
  • If you’re familiar with Dr. Abravanel’s Body Type Diet or Jay Cooper’s The Body Code, I’m a G-Type/Nurturer. All that means is that a) I’d be a good vegan, b) I carry my weight below the waist, and c) I love cheesecake. Really.
  • For national heritage, German/English/French/Native American are only a few of the lineages off the top of my head that comprise my mutt-dom.
