Google calendar on the fritz

Grrrrr. Google seems to be having issues, so my calendar isn’t showing all of the workout entries I’ve tried to add. The daily log here is correct, and I’ll try to update the calendar later when Google isn’t so cranky.

OIP/HF done — then baby woke.

BWO+ done.

I can really see now where doing HD separately will help me. My form sucks big time, so doing them at half-speed will really help a ton.

Also — I forgot to mention, but I’ve added a change to my diet — I’m off dairy. This isn’t for me, but for Gavin, since he seems to have silent reflux (complete with heartburn pain, poor kid), and that’s the first step in fixing it. As a result, though, I’m likely to eat more cleanly. It would seem that most of the questionable-value food I eat has dairy in it.

But still, wah. I want cheese. At least I like soy milk enough to have it with my coffee!

One more note: Mike noted this morning that I look VERY different from even a week ago. I can see it in the mirror, but still, it’s gratifying to have someone else notice. I WILL get back my hot bod, damnit. And then? I’ll go to Safety Harbor and eat chocolate and drink wine. SO THERE.

Off to shower while I can!

OIP/HF - check.
Instructional 2 - check.

Shower? Ha. Not likely. I’m finding that anything longer than OIP/HF (maaaaybe BWO+) on days that I have two kids at home seems to be difficult to manage. Showering is a whole ‘nother ballgame, since this one will WAIL if I shower while he’s awake. Maya used to just fall asleep to the sound of the water, but this one ramps himself up more and more until he hyperventilates. Poor boy.

Oh, well. That’s part of being a SAHM, right? Smelling bad.

OIP/HF - Check.
BWO+ - Check.

I still haven’t started adding in *extra* Hoe Downs over the course of each day. Still gotta do that, but I’m happy so far with a little progress at a time.

BTW, I dislike dry brushing. Love it in the shower. Dry? Not so much.

Sunday was an off-day — I only had PBS and OIP/HF scheduled, but didn’t even get that in. We left home at 8:15am (if you knew us, you’d know what a feat of amazing accomplishment this is) to head to Albuquerque for a Wiggles concert. By the time we got home (late night after other Abq errands), I was zonked.
