I did PBS, followed by the second half of TWO. Still will add in AL/DD in a bit, but I need to catch my breath and return a few phone calls first!

I’m really happy about this week’s results. I’m only up 1/2 a pound (and down 1.5 pounds from the 170 I hit last Thursday), and I’m down a whopping 2.5″ — pretty darned cool for a girl who’s supposed to be growing lots. This was the first week I’ve really had a consistent workout schedule since mid-June, and I feel great. Hooray!

Friday: nada…amazing how that happens when my dh is home, sigh
Saturday: lazy 3 to 4 miles bike ride w/family, rests while Maya played at the parks (left one because of lots o’ cigarette smoke).
Sunday: Instructional #2. Whew — haven’t done those exercises in a long, long time — like I think it’s been since before I knew I was pregnant, maybe? I feel really good, but really pooped. Maya woke when I was halfway through Hoe Downs to announce that she’d peed. She’d made an effort to get to the potty, but managed to close her own door instead, oops. I’ll be so glad when this whole potty-training thing is history, at least for child #1.
Edited to add: Added in Awesome Legs (might as well while I can still lay on my back!) and Diva Derriere (except the last section, as laying on the belly is already awkward). Owwwwww.
Got in a nice semi-quick-paced 2-mile walk with the dog earlier today, then attempted ladybug floor. Uh…NO. I got ?? minutes into it (just past the 2nd seated hoe downs), then said, nuh-huh. Did all of SATI instead.
I want a shower. Mmmmm.
Whew…that’s better. I got in the entire BWO+ this time, including all 8 reps of T-Tapp Twist and both sets of Hoe Downs. On top of that, I’m not dying, either. What changed? Motivation, for one — I could feel some great “good” soreness this morning (ie, my body saying, DO THIS MORE!), and the complete willingness to use the pause button generously. Water breaks (and kick/kick, lift/lift breaks) are a GOOD thing.
I’m thinking I might squeeze (pun entirely intended) in a set of AL and DD before the almost-3yo wakes.
