Whew. I’m finally starting to feel back in the swing of things, and I’m NOT feeling some weird urge to over-push myself. Today, I started to notice the “T-Tapp changes” happening again: butt lifting, thighs feeling firmer, belly getting flatter. Woo-hoo! Maybe I’ll get some pleasant surprises when I measure tomorrow for the 1/2-way point in the challenge?

Even if I don’t, I’m starting to feel more comfortable in my (size 14, grumble) clothing again…which indicates I just may have made it over this hormonal hump.

Anyway, today I’ve done:

  • Step it to the Max
  • Hoe Downs
  • Still to do — Summer’s Challenge: OIP/Abs, AL, DD
