Whew.
Okay, maybe leaving my Instructional #2/TWO at home was a good thing. I did BWO+ on my own, without the DVD, meaning same reps as BWO, but as slowly as (or more so than) Instructional #1. Afterward, I went through both the Instructions and Workout for Step Away the Inches.
I’m going to like this workout. A lot.
My body really, really, REALLY likes cardio.
