Extended Vacation
Well…after I last wrote, I took Maya for a playdate down in Colorado Springs (ah, why did I have to move away?). That afternoon, I started sneezing furiously. My assumption — bolstered by the many folks who said that CS has horrible pollen right now — was that this was attack of the allergies, part two.
Yesterday, the “allergy attack” continued, but as the day went on I started feeling worse. And worse. And had a few dizzy spells. By the time I came home from shopping at the outlets last night (had to MAKE myself do it, because I wanted to sleep!), I really felt off. Took my temperature: 101.5 — and my normal is just below 98, so that’s *really* high for me. End of the story is, turns out my husband, 350 miles away, was having the exact same symptoms. Hello, viral cold, and T-Tapping is delayed a bit longer.
My butt is starting to sag, and it’s scaring me.
