I see very little difference, other than subtle changes in the tush on the side view. In the back view, when I see the full-sized image, it appears that my butt might be just a hint higher, but that’s hard to say for sure. On the front view, my hips don’t necessarily look smaller, but they seem a little less lumpy — like the curve is a smooth curve rather than being pressed in by underwear or pants. Built-in girdle, baby.
On another front, I still don’t know if I believe a damned thing the body fat scale says, but it tells me I’ve gone down to 33% just since I started doing No-S/ML. My weight’s only down 4 pounds total, to 146.4. New calculations would put my target weight (20%bf) at 127. This is a good thing! I want lots o’ muscle. My guess is that 20% would put me in a small 6 or a 4, and last time I was a 4 (gulp, 10 years ago), I weighed around 115. Muscle is good.
