Whew. I’m tired. I’m also thinking that while Awesome Legs is a move I could easily do every day without over training, I might want to consider only doing Diva on my day off. I was BURNING by the end of the first set of lifts, big time. We’re talking shaking.
I’m noticing that my first exhaustion is hitting later in total workout. While this might *seem* like a good thing, it actually means that I’m breezing through the lunges with barely a muscle complaint, then completely losing it during the balance sequence. Usually, I’d get the burn/dizzy/whatever during lunges, a nice, safe move with both feet on the floor. Now…um, yeah. It doesn’t help that I’m also still trying to emphasize my tuck during the balance sequence, and that lifting my leg a mere 3-4 inches makes me feel like a ninny.
