Photos

Okay, fine. I won’t post measurements this week, but I WILL post photos. I’m starting a new page where I can put them all eventually, so you can watch transformation before your eyes.

This morning’s workout:

  • OIP/HF/OIP
  • BWO+
  • Hit the Floor (HTF)

I did HTF *badly* — but at least I got through it. It’ll take me a bit to get accustomed to the movements, I can tell — for today, I felt awkward. I did take pre-workout pics in workout clothing…but forgot to measure. Measuring just now, I realize that maybe measuring *after* a workout isn’t such a great idea. Not only am I not losing (expected), I’ve even gone UP in places. Whatever. I feel like a goddess and find that I tend to carry myself that way. So there.

Rather than running with the measurements I have, I’ll just hold off and do two-week measures/photos instead. I might take some bikini pics, but they’ll be for my own encouragement. I KNOW my butt is changing. The baggy underwear (that formerly hiked up my tush) I had on this morning testify to that.

Today is day two of my experiment with no dairy (other than whey protein, that is). I’m considering throwing no sugar into the mix, just because working out, I feel inspired to eat better. I might as well run with that, right?

Oh…one more thing. I think it’s time for me to start alternating full workouts with BWO+. Tomorrow, I”ll only do OIP/HF and BWO+ I think. This morning, I found it interesting how FAST BWO+ zooms by (even compared to TWO) since there are -zero- breaks in it. Damn.

And another thing (sheesh, this is like how I leave the house — oh, forgot my keys. oh, forgot my sunglasses. oh, forgot the item to return, ad nausem.)…Mike is now expressing interest in learning a little T-Tapp, at *least* hoe downs, since sugar/carbs are his big/bad/ugly diet-wise. Now, if I could just get through to him that different bodies need different diets. Carbs are *not* my bad guy. Fat is. Red meat is. And oh, I LOVE a good steak. But seriously, from the Body Type Diet, I’m a gonadal type. For the Blood Type Diet? A+. The recommendations are nearly identical for A+ and G-type, and I know that when I’ve eaten like a G-type, I’ve felt my best and been my leanest. Mike, on the other hand, is a Pituitary type for Body Type Diet (no idea of his blood type), and his recommendations are nearly the exact opposite of mine. That’s fine, but don’t look at me funny for eating white rice and pasta just because they make *you* fat. Harumph.
