I did OIP/HF, followed by the total workout. And…I’m guzzling water. Accountability is a good thing! I’ve hit the minimum target of 75 ounces every day so far, and I can tell a difference in how I feel — just less *toxic*, you know?

Today, I noticed that not only am I pushing myself harder, but my balance is improving in leaps and bounds. Hooray! I also notice that I’m constantly hungry…munching all the freakin’ time. Granted, part of what I’ve added to my munching is a banana, half an apple, and a V8, so that helps a bit to minimize the damage. But how cool is that? I’m eating like a horse, and still watching my body change. Today’s also my first day of semi-experimenting with no dairy. I figure I should go at least 1-2 weeks without it if I’m to see any changes — to give myself good info for making decisions.

Of course, as I type that, I’m munching on Unburied Treasure from TJ’s. Oops.

Would you believe I’m looking forward to taking photos tomorrow? Based on my clothing, I’m still not expecting much inch-wise, but I think the photos should be stunning, with six days of TWO between last week and this week!
