I continued on with TWO on Friday and Saturday, Friday without OIP/HF, and Saturday with it both before and after.
Today, I’m resting.
But I’m still drinking water. And peeing a river. (TMI, I know)
Thanks guys, for the encouraging comments. I do remember that when I went *on* effexor, I dropped weight quite quickly in the first 2-1/2 weeks, but that was largely due to the new lack of comfort-eating. With my second run on effexor, I haven’t seen as much of a change. Food *always* tastes good to me, LOL. Just the same, I’m loving that I can see my figure changing, and other than increasing my water, I’m not changing my diet.
Oh, and I suppose this is a change — the coffee drop seems to be sticking. Who knew? Today, I’ve felt a little laggy this afternoon, but hey, I didn’t exercise today. Go figure.
If I drop something else in the coming weeks (building onto Summer’s challenge), I may consider going no-dairy just to see what happens. That, or I might consider losing sugar, but frankly, I think dropping dairy would make a big change for me. I feel so…phlegmy lately. Icky.
