It’s a Saturday, and we’re planning to leave within 2 hours for a hike. Still, I figured that BWO+ wouldn’t hurt, especially since PBS would help me warm up and burn calories faster. Hoo-ha.

Today so far:

  • OIP/HF/OIP
  • Basic Workout Plus — at speed. OMG, that’s quick when you follow Teresa!
  • Body brushing/supplements/etc — coming during/after my shower

Mmmmm. I am AWAKE. I just had to keep reminding Maya that, “yes, you *will* get to see the Wiggles in the BIG RED BOAT. AFTER mama’s workout.” She fussed at first, then got interested in watching what I was doing. Now, she’s in Wiggle heaven with her four Australian boyfriends.

On a lark, I grabbed the tape measure. Mike said last night that he can definitely see changes; I know I can feel them. My lower body is barely budging at all so far, but that’s not a surprise. BUT, my ribcage is now down to about 31-31.5 inches. My bustline is down between 36-37. No wonder my boobs are all nice and perky again! Seriously, I noticed last night that my chest is starting to look like it did pre-baby. I had seriously perky, perfect tits pre-child. Now, they’re getting perky again, just bigger than they used to be. Woo-hoo!

Added:
Our hike was about 1-1/2 hours, not sure of the actual length, but it was rather slow going since I was a) walking through snow/ice b) on a maiden hike with new boots, and c) carrying a 23-24lb child in a 7+ pound carrier.

Whew!

I’ll tell you what, the first half of PBS felt *amazing* at the end of the hike. NIIIIICE.
